At Chateau on the Creek, we pride ourselves in offering you the flexibility & convenience of creating “Your Wedding, Your Way.” Our pricing is determined by the date of your event, the number of guests attending and your choices of our premium services.

Your Wedding, Your Way

For couples who want to do it all themselves, we offer venue rental only. But for those who prefer a more stress-free day, we allow you to custom create your own package!

Add on a preferred vendor or two or three or none. It’s totally YOUR CHOICE:

  • Flowers: Custom ordered and start at a very reasonable $750 (before tax & delivery) ($100 deposit)
  • DJ: includes ceremony, inside venue, wireless fireplace patio music & announcements $900 ($200 deposit)
  • Photography: Includes 6 hrs of photography time, edited images via online gallery or DVD $1,500 ($300 deposit)
  • Officiant: choose from four for $250 ($100 deposit)
  • Bar Services: Provided by Hill Country Events, $30 per bartender per hour (2 required for more than 100 guests) plus supplies
  • Security: Provided if alcohol is brought on premises at a cost of $200

Although some of our brides choose the Venue Rental Only option, most start with the Your Way Package and then customize it to fit their needs and budget.

Our venue has central air to keep your guests cool and remove the humidity during those hot summer months. When the weather turns cold, we have central heat plus an indoor 14′ stone fireplace for that added winter ambiance. Whether it’s cold and windy, raining outside or hot and humid, our insulated venue keeps your guests and the dance floor comfortable at all times.

Includes:

5 hr. event
3 hours of bridal prep time
1/2  hour to gather belongings

A $2,000 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date with a $1,000 progress payment 60 days later and final balance due 30 days prior to the wedding. A $500 normally fully refundable damage/excessive cleaning deposit is added to all events and is collected at our finalization meeting 30 days before the wedding. For the vendors that you add, their deposits would be collected with the progress payment and are deducted from their quoted price (a non-refundable retainer to hold their services for your wedding).

The YOUR WAY PACKAGE includes 5 levels of catering choices, your custom selection of both the bride’s and groom’s cakes, white linens (colored linen upgrades available), padded white resin chairs for your ceremony site (5 sites to choose from), tables/chairs/complementary tea light centerpieces for the reception, staff, day of coordinator at no additional charge, on site parking and attendants to assist with guest arrival/parking.

The 5 catering levels below are priced for 100 guests.
The pricing reflects meals served buffet style and you would select one entrée from the choices, vegetable(s) and salad for all of your guests. Note: the price per additional guest also includes both cakes, tables, chairs, staff, linens, etc. and these are all inclusive prices.

All dinners include a salad, rolls, butter, ice tea and water (see salad & condiment offering for Fajitas below).

  • Blackened Salmon & Grilled Chicken w/ Garlic Cream Sauce 
    (substitute any chicken dish from Chateau’s Simply  Elegant)

  • Chef carved Prime Rib & Spicy Shrimp Kabobs

The above prices are for clear acrylic-ware and napkins. You may upgrade to china, sterling silver glassware & your choice of colored linen napkins for an additional $5 per person.

We include the staff to serve and bus the tables throughout the evening and we provide the dining and reception
clean up. We simply ask that any décor or other items brought in are taken home at the end of the evening.

Discounts:

  • Deduct $800 for a Sunday – Friday
  • Deduct an additional $400 off for an off peak month (Jan, Feb, Mar, July, Aug, Sept.)
  • Deduct $200 if 51-75 guests
  • Deduct $400 if 50 or fewer guests

Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten free options are available upon request during planning.

For VENUE RENTAL ONLY, Saturday peak month price for 100 guests is $4,700

  • Deduct $800 for a Sunday – Friday
  • Deduct an additional $400 off for an off peak month (Jan, Feb, Mar, July, Aug, Sept.)
  • Add $8.50 per person over 100 for additional tables, chairs, linens, complementary tea light centerpieces and staff (this fee only applies to the rental only option)

Although we do offer indoor / outdoor seating, our max capacity is 150. If you feel that you need more bridal time to get ready, you may add extra time before the wedding/reception for $100 per hour. We feel you should not pay for extra time or have it already included in the price if you don’t need it and our low rental rates reflect that!

Also included is a 1 hour rehearsal, to be scheduled around a prior day event.

Total venue rental time is up to 9.5 hours.
